Ingham Health Plan

Ingham Health Plan is a basic health coverage program that provides medical, pharmacy and dental coverage for low income Ingham County residents who don't have health insurance. South Side Community Coalition staff members help individuals determine if they are eligible for the program and also help with submitting enrollment forms.

Michigan Bridges

Michigan Bridges is an online portal that allows residents to apply for multiple programs offered in the state (Health Coverage, Food Assistance Program (FAP), Cash Assistance, Child Development and Care (CDC), and State Emergency Relief (SER)). South Side Community Coalition staff members help individuals apply for assistance, check their eligibility status and manage their accounts online.

Garden and Nutrition Programs

South Side Community Coalition offers food and nutrition education. We encourage community members to check out our hoop house and pick up fresh produce when available.
